Kanoodle Box layout
Represented here is a recreation of a box art that I fully recreated to scale in InDesign and Illustrator. Everything from the emblems to font had to be strategically chosen and recreated to represent the original product.
Here is the version I recreated in InDesign. Majority of it being vector illustrations means it can be upscaled to many sizes without losing its charm. The most tedious aspect was recreating the back art for the package as it was something that could not be recreated with vectors. Instead, it was Photoshoped in from the original and set to a 300ppi and set to a correct color spectrum to match my layout.
This is an image of the measuring process. Unboxing the original and laying it down on grid paper allowed me to set up the same grid ratio in InDesign to line up parts of the box to near perfection.
